Essentially insurance application requires all data to be completed in order to be processed to the insurer. Activation will happen once Cermati received success confirmation from the insurer(s).

Insurance Activation Flow for Incomplete Data
Action Required for Partner
Some insurance products requires application data to be updated for completion after created. The application with incomplete data will be flagged with status DATA_INCOMPLETE and partner is required to provide additional data to enable activation.
Applications with DATA_INCOMPLETE status have default expiration period of 30 days and past the expiration period will be cancelled and marked with EXPIRED status

Application Status Eligible for Cancellation
Only applications with status DATA_COMPLETE or DATA_INCOMPLETE can be cancelled from partner. Applications that already passed ACTIVATED state are not cancel-able.
